We understand that there are times when getting to the pharmacy isn’t easy. If you are unwell, unable to drive, have limited mobility, or don’t have someone available to assist you, we may be able to deliver your medicines and pharmacy items directly to your home.
Our home delivery service is designed to provide convenient access to your medicines when you have a genuine need and are unable to visit the pharmacy in person.
Delivery Information
- Delivery area: Within a 5 km radius of our pharmacy.
- Delivery fee: A $5 delivery fee applies.
- Regular customers may be eligible for one free delivery per month.
- Genuine need: The service is intended primarily for customers who have a genuine reason for being unable to visit the pharmacy, such as illness, being unable to drive, limited mobility, or having no suitable helper available.
- Payment in advance: Payment before delivery is strongly recommended, particularly if there may be no one home when the delivery arrives. This helps us complete your order without delays or the need to arrange another delivery.
- For prescription items, your prescription details must be provided to the pharmacy before delivery can be arranged. This allows our pharmacy team to confirm your prescription and prepare your medicines safely and efficiently.

For added convenience, you can use the MedAdvisor app to manage your medicines and request your pharmacy orders without needing to call us.
Simply download the MedAdvisor app and connect it with our pharmacy. Where available, you can use the app to request your medicines and arrange your order for delivery, making it easier to manage your prescriptions from home.

Do you deliver medications on weekends and public holidays?
- Answer: Our home delivery service is Monday to Friday up to 4pm , We cannot guarantee deliveries outside of these times.
Can you deliver medications on specific time on the day?
- While we endeavour to accommodate everyone’s needs, it is not usually possible to provide a specific delivery time. Delivery times depend on staff availability on the day and vehicle availability. If we need to wait for stock, the delivery timeframe from our supplier can vary and is outside our control.
