Our Absence From Work Certificate service is intended for short periods away from work. Generally, the certificate can cover up to 2 days only, depending on the pharmacist’s assessment and your circumstances.
Please note that an Absence From Work Certificate generally cannot be backdated. You should therefore attend the pharmacy while you are experiencing the condition or as close as reasonably possible to the time you need to be absent from work. The pharmacist must be able to assess your circumstances before determining whether a certificate can be issued.
